User Roles and Permissions

In Serpnest, you can enhance collaboration by adding users to your account under three distinct roles, each with varying levels of access and privileges.

User Roles

  • Admin: This role grants full access to your account, including sensitive areas like billing information. Admins can manage all aspects of the account and its projects.
  • Addon: Users assigned to this role can view and edit specific projects that you designate. This role is ideal for team members who need to contribute actively to projects but do not require access to billing details.
  • Viewer: This role is designed for users who only need to view the projects assigned to them. Viewers cannot make any changes but can access all necessary information within the projects you have specified.

These roles allow you to tailor access according to the needs and responsibilities of different team members, ensuring efficient project management and data security.
